Jon and T-Mobile
One day I'm going to write a series of blogposts about my experiences with T-Mobile. When my anger and disappointment fades, I hope I'll be able to write about it all without descending into the slavering idiot induced rage that facebook users have had to put up with.
However this little snippet from today just needs to be shared:
T-Mobile: if you'd like a replacement phone that works while yours is being repaired we can give you an X but we need you to pay a deposit.
Mug: why would I need to pay a deposit? you have my phone which is worth more.
T-Mobile: To stop you walking off with the phone.
Mug: but you have all my personal details and my bank account details and again, my phone which is worth more. can you waive it?
T-Mobile: my manager says it's not possible to waive the deposit.
Mug: *gives up even bothering*
