another blast from the past
found this in a pile of my old books at my parent's house. written by the amazing tony robinson and illustrated by paul cemmick it s a comic version of the tv show maid marian and her merry men that i remember being the only live action kid thing as a kid i really liked that wasn't of film quality. also had danny john jules in it who rocks. also i adore the pooh mick take frame
another gem that probably made me who i am today.
i think this will either have come from my mam or aunty sharon who worked at the beeb at that point so thank you hugely to them

beta site tester thingee
i ve made quite a lot of progress on this and wanted to get some progress started. i ve only populated it with a couple of projects but here at least is the start. woop woop

here it is the Bad Company comic that started it all for me
I ve been wanting to do this for ages and here it is:
the small version (15mb)
the medium version (39.7mb)
the larger version (125mb) (this is still only 150 dpi)
"All rights are still very much reserved by 2000AD and it s publishers and by the amazing team of Brett Ewins, Jim McCarthy, Pete Milligan and Tom Frame.
I was given this comic about 15 years ago by a cousin of my mam’s. It is point dot I feel in the graphic world I have come to love. I drew pictures and things before this but this was the point that set the fuse burning in my head. I appreciate it’s not in anyone else’s view the best comic of all time but for me it is. I’ve looked at it a thousand times and always found something new I love.
Probably because of this it’s falling apart. It’s yellowed and stained, loved and abused. This is why I felt I had to archive it and put it in this for anyone to see. Not to take money from it’s intellectual owner’s but because it’s means so much to me I want to share it with anyone and everyone.
So that’s it, my little love that is a very battered copy of the best of 2000AD from March 1994.
I hope you enjoy it one thousandth as much as I do"

anti student feeling in falmouth
so we all knew these feelings were there when we were in falmouth despite the students keeping the town alive when the tourists aren t around, with our loans. but now small mindedness takes falmouth to the forefront of the national attention, as
"Cornish 'terrorists' declare war on students"
the only thing i would say is that at least the graffiti done by the art students is attractive to look at. so all in all a big day for probably one small minded cornish guy. awesomePhoto: David Brenchley

Confessions of a tshirt
confessions of a tshirt
the product of 30 hours, four muppets, 8 or 9 jugs of coffee, the whole explanation of the new wave of metal on xfm last night.
we wanted to see how much we could hack together and design in a weekend, and so in thirty hours we created a site where you can buy one of 6 tshirt sonline and have it delivered to you. plus all the boring stuff like concept code and api data and shit.
so here it is. it s not done but it s released early and hopefully released often.
check us out on flickr, facebook, twitter.
now i really need to sleep

Ford 021C by Marc Newson
I saw this at the design museum a few years ago and love it, i think its the most awesome and actually liveable concept car i ve ever seen, truly a car i would actually buy, so many awesome features like the drawer style boot and the suicide doors in the rear.

custom graphic tablet pen
so for ages i've had a broken and unhappy looking graphic tablet pen in my posession. using a fairly fancy one all day every day at work i felt i wanted something a bit more interesting and comfortable than the standard. so here fresh from the shaven yeti R&D labs is the graphic marker. ok so its only the first working prototype but it proves the idea is sound and its really comfortable and everything.

tacheback
a few of us at the tas have decided to raise some money for testicular and prostate cancer
and i quote
"Who needs Ed Beard when you’ve got Digitach!
A brave band of blokes in the agency are risking public humiliation by attempting to grow a moustache through September. We're doing it to support Everyman, the UK's leading Male Cancer Campaign. Please sponsor us and together we'll help to beat testicular and prostate cancer.”
sponsor us or just me or join up but whatever you do get involved

why do i never post new work? Nakheel blue communities site
more old stuff
to the site of fishy fishyness
this time a kids site for Nakheel that we made before christmas bascially the kids get to create a fish and swim around and get points by answering questions and quests and stuff. or it would do if they Nakheel had ever finsihed it. so this is what we got pretty cool for three weeks work i think. created lovingly by the Nakheel team here at Digitas but designed by Tim, Suz and me.

shitty morning
so despite what is being bandied around the office i did not chuck a brick or anything out the window. i came in this morning and turned a fan on, on the window sill, sat down peacefully at my desk unaware at the travesty that was about to occur. the fan fell over and knocked out a piece of junk that then plummeted five floors and smashed a rear window of a car parked underneath it. So yeah
good morning so far
